woke up groggy, and sian-ed about having to travel all the way to work.
voila. when i stepped into the room, i felt a surge of energy. work was good, in fact, i thought i did pretty well in a way i wasn't tired during the session, and i left the room feeling uplifted, and happy! ahha...
it's the adrenaline.
i want to go to the beach.
