i've met so many of my distant relatives this weekend.. went back for my 3rd granduncle's 4th daughter's wedding dinner. She's married to a guy from Ipoh, so there in Batu Pahat, the hometown of most of my relatives, they had the wedding dinner for the female side (mainly) for 100+ tables.
Initially, I thought it would be held at the hall of the secondary school that most of them went too, cos that was where a wedding dinner i attended last time was held at. BUT then, there's this NEWLY built HUGE hall opposite the sec school. AND IT'S REALLY HUGE. it can sit about 2000++ people. The place was divided into half, there's another wedding dinner held at the other half of the hall. the interior is impressively decorated, with the high ceiling and the lighting. it looks just like the ballroom at some 5-star hotel in singapore. and it's not like the grand ballroom of Ritz.... it's so much bigger than that. :)
dinner was alright only. food wasn't good hahaahha. oops.
wells... i wanted to blog about what my mum said about young people nowadays... a remark that she made off-hand as i was recounting what i told my girl friend... after my mini shopping spree on friday... i was telling her about the sale at this place.. and my mum was commented," you all nowadays only talk about these few things... shopping... where to shop, where to eat, etc...".. so i replied," huh.. then what do people last time talk about?".. she thought for a while before answering,"there's a revolution at the southern side of -------....."
i was like ... ".............."
anyways. I HAVE THIS HUGE BLUE BLACK AT MY RIGHT KNEE. how did i get it? i knocked my knee against the side of the pool when i was getting out of it ... :(
on my way home from msia, i was thinking about what i shall blog about. but i've forgotten most of what i wanted to blog.
i'm getting really senile.
