sat was busy day. helped out at the pre-departure sem for uni melb at carlton hotel... basically just tell them what life in melb is like.. what to expect.. what to prepare... and stuff. was quite fun :) well.. in a way... this stupid guy whom i went with is really stupid. i shall not disclose his name cos i don't want to embarass him here... but well. so we met for lunch at raffles city... and then since it was still early, we went to walk around chijmes. apparently on the way from raffles city to chijmes, it was A BIT hot. so he took said "eh.. be like those taiwan ladies lah... 'oh it's sooo hot! so hot!'" and then he took out his umbrella and tried imitating them. AND he continued holding it. so embarassing lah. and then still say he wants to shade himself from the UV rays. urggghhhh.

and apparently, if u look like u're from overseas.. like from indonesia/malaysia...plus if u're malay or what... the police checks around the entrances and exits of raffles city, if you have a bag, the police will check your bag.

went demsey's hut (some al fresco hut behind the botanical gardens) for dinner... nice atmosphere but beware of falling fruits i guess.. something dropped on my sis's head..;) then we went holland v... and all the shops were closed. haiks.

this morning woke up at 7am, went to bedok reservoir.. walked half of it, and jogged the other half... THEN we went for dim sum at this place in chin swee rd called "red star restaurant"... nice atmosphere.. but i still think that their food isn't as good as lao bejing or crystal jade. for one, their chicken feet is not as good. haha. neither is their xiao long bao... but their fried stuff are really tasty :)

then we went to shop at chinatown hahahahaha
OH MAN. i bought quite a few stuff. =x a change in wardrobe.

ookies. i shall go sleep and then wake up for piano fest. whee.
