back and rejuvenated! (i think)

Sydney trip was great. great food, great space, great company, great fun! :)



met up with my cousin on the first day.. he brought us out for lunch at a Japanese restaurant and then walked with us to Darling Harbour before going off to do his stuff.. :)


and then of cos what will Sydney be without KRISPY KREME! :) explains everything ;)


and this is the famous "tree' where we meet my cousin each time... the tree with golden branches... no leaves and it encompasses the 5 elements "water, fire, earth, gold, wood" it's cool!


and the entrance to Chinatown! i love their chinatown! so much nicer than Melbourne's!


and so we had OYSTERS! and large king prawns, salmon and tuna sashimi and a large seafood platter! *slurps* my first and many more to come fresh oysters!!!! and yes, my cousin yet again. this was at the Fish Market... where the seagulls attack u to get to ur food.

and so going back to the city after fish market.. we were walking to the bus stop to go to Bondi junction.. and we saw this!


and so after shopping at the HUGE Shopping mall... and buying my sis some Yellow Roxy bag... we went to the Bondi Beach and took this photo!


on the 3rd day.. we went on a day tour to the Blue Mountains and Jenolan Caves... where i remembered very clearly that i took the scenic railway before.. not very scenie i must say. nothing much to see... other than going really vertical down the railway :) and yes, there's serene and Brena with their friends and we all booked the same tour together!!!




so in the Jenolan Caves, we had a guided tour where we had to walk about 900 steps (not that bad really.. other than knocking my head a couple of times).. and in this "cathedral cave"... we were told that concerts were held there!!!!


and after a great dinner at "zhu ma ma" a taiwan eatery in Chinatown with friends who went on the day tour... the 4 of us headed down to Star City! what's going to sydney and not going to the casino right! and since we didn't want to spend so much time playing in the casino... we went to the "Panorama Pond" and had a magnificent night view...



and we went to the outside of the lyric theatre too... and here's weiyong and eelin with their standard pose..


met up with my cousin and his gf on the last day to have Yum Cha.. too bad didn't take photo... there're more photos.. but they're all in Ee Lin's camera and she's still happily in Sydney :)

every minute well spent i must say :)

and now back to reality :)
