my fair lady.
watched it for the second time yesterday. :) i guess it's the first night jitters that they got, because certain trios were shaky and the orchestra didn't seem like it could keep up properly with the soloists.. but all in all, a commendable performance by the actors. especially liked colonel pickering.
and even though i have watched it many times, the closing scene never fail to put a smile on my face. the stubborness of prof higgins and how he eventually realised who he needs... :]
with the song "without you" from my fair lady, and "i've grown accustomed to her face".. how everything has become second nature. how delightfully yet painfully true that things like that do happen. yet with all the fairytales we hear, the fairytale endings... beginnings.. wells. what's to happen?
and why, jiahui,why.. do you not let ur mind rule your heart? and you, why do you let your stubborness rule ur life?
