the end of it all... and the start of something better...

And preclinicals ended somewhat, on a great note last week. it was the end of exams, and we all just figured out that we REALLY won't be seeing much of each other after all. Even though we do meet up quite a bit nowadays (just cos the rest of our friends are still having exams ) we do know that after we really break up for the holidays and step into the next step of our training, it will be a different thing altogether.

So we had a great catching up session on friday night after our last paper. beer-pong (juice-pong for me); sitting around talking about first impressions... and just celebrating the friendship that we have kept together for 2.5 years... it is a wonderful feeling. To be able to study comfortably in each other's presence, to know each other's study habits.. to know each other's catch phrases... to know how to work with each other and tolerate each other daily for 2.5 years.

to just be able to sit snuggly together, albeit, a bit non-sober for some...

it's been a long time. :)

drove up to the dandenongs on saturday for traditional english tea and scones @ miss marples. jiayun, this is somewhere we MUST go.
and i saw this teapot at the shop next to it.. i should have taken a photo of it but it is designed with treble cleft and music notes. and the cover is a crotchet!!!

then we rushed back for dinner with henry and the rest of the IH meds!

and this is the 3rd year meds in IH :)

can anyone imagine this group of people ... at the forefront of the healthcare sector!? it will be an amazing group of us~!

and to the above group of people.. you guys are awesome. i don't know who else will read this other than eels but... thanks for being around for 2.5 years. for attending the tutes all the while and having others join and leave us.. but we have been the core group all these while.

all the best people :) for though we may not know what lies before us, yet with the friendship we've had all these while, we know that whatever happens, where-ever we are (meh, i'm the only one out of the 5 staying in melbourne for AMS)... we'll still be very much in contact.
