this is the cake that me and neek creamed the butter and sugar until calluses formed on ur fingers! hehe it is very nice okay!:Dand this are the people who went for eels farewell/21st birthday-in-advance dinner at belgian beer cafe at eureka towers... the food that is not too bad... the mussels were great!
and this is the very happy eels hehe.
and.. went on a bak chang making experiment yesterday... making for those in church. thanks to my fellowlabourer andrew! who knew how to wrap the bak chang properly. i was so amazed to find the bamboo leaves in the asian supermarket! though we forgot whether to steam/boil it... it was after trial and error that we found out that boiling is the way to go! (so long to cook it though!!!!!!) so yes, to everyone's happy bowels it was a great success! now i can go back to my ah ma and tell her 'ah ma i can make bakchang!!!'

end product not taken yet haha. according to my dad i have to keep one for my sis to try :D hehe.
